In order for your registration to be complete, we need a deposit equal to half of the retreat’s cost. You can make the deposit either online by credit card or by mailing a check or money order to:

If you prefer giving your credit card information over the phone, or if you have any issues with online registration, please call us at 575-586-1269 and ask for the Registrar.
Lama Foundation prefers cash, checks, or money orders because credit card companies charge us a fee for each transaction. But if convenience dictates please use Visa or MasterCard. The remaining balance is due upon your arrival at the retreat.
A retreat’s tuition includes meals and camping. Indoor housing requires an additional cost.
Car camping is also available and included in the retreat’s tuition, but there are not any electrical or plumbing hook-ups for vehicles. If planning to car camp please make sure you choose the ‘Car’ option on the registration form.
*Note: Because Lama has limited indoor housing, registering for housing does not guarantee you will get housing. After you register and your deposit for the retreat has been received, you’ll receive an email from the Registrar about your housing status, along with other information about Lama.
Retreatants are requested to arrive on the first day between noon and 4pm in order to check-in and set-up camp, please call if you’re arriving later. Retreatants all come together for the first time at dinner. Orientation and evening programs begin after dinner. The retreat ends with lunch on the final day. Retreatants are welcome to arrive early or stay extra days, but please make arrangements in advance with the Registrar. Extra days are subject to Lama’s Visitor Fee of $25-$50 per night, not including housing.
Refund Policies
Please make any refund requests to the registrar using the Contact Page. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from all refund requests. There is no refund for a cancellation received within 21 days of the first day of the retreat. There is a processing charge of $75 on all returned checks.
