Hermitages can be available year round following approval by the hermit guardian. There are some times when they are not possible due to events, availability or weather. To make a reservation, please check the booking calendar and then request a hermitage online.

Please be aware when booking hermitage that, due to Covid -19 restrictions, there are no options for public transportation to Lama Foundation.

How much would you like to pay per night?

The fee for use of any hermitage, including food, is $45-$85 per night based on your ability to pay. The sliding scale is there to help people with little financial resources be able to have the opportunity to come. We ask that if you are able, to pay near the top of the scale. You may arrange to pay the deposit (50% of the total cost) after your reservation has been finalized. The balance will be due upon arrival.
