3rd ANNUAL INDIGENOUS PEOPLES' CONFERENCE

Honoring the Native Peoples of our Planet Earth, August 28th, 2010

An opportunity to share and celebrated our sacred traditions

August 28 9AM-5PM

Indigenous and tribal people the world over have much in common in their traditional values, social structure, sacred teachings, and world view.

In today’s world, traditional culture is being lost at an alarming rate, and with it, traditions that embrace the importance of respect and living in balance. These are values that need preservation or restoration if humanity is to survive. Tribal and Indigenous people share not only sacred traditions, but also face similar problems in the modern world. Let us come together to share our truths and sacred traditions, and support each other in their preservation.

Talks, ceremonies, powerpoint presentations, music and dance, speakers, presenters, performers welcomed and encouraged. Lunch provided. No cost. Donations gratefully accepted. Bring what you have to share in celebration of your culture.
