Mission Statement:
The Purpose of the Lama Foundation is to be a sustainable spiritual community and educational center dedicated to the awakening of consciousness, spiritual practice with respect for all traditions, service and stewardship of the land.

Description: The Summer Stewardship Program is an on-going summer retreat—an opportunity to take pause from ordinary life, to create and care for community and look at it through a number of lenses. Summer Stewards
join with the year-round resident circle to actualize
Lama Foundation’s summer community.

Windows of Arrival: We ask that summer stewards arrive on one of the dates specified below to allow us to orient you to the mountain and also serve our busy retreat schedule.

2012 Arrival Dates:
May 14th-19th and May 29th-30th
June 17th-19th and June 25th

July 8th-10th and July 25th - August 3rd

August 20th-21st and 28th-30th
September 4th-6th

Duration: The minimum enrollment is three weeks, but stewards may stay for any period of time, from 3 weeks up to 4 months, the entire summer.
