Summer 2010 Community Camp

$80-200 (Sliding Scale) or $20-50 per day

Returning form a brief hiatus, this is a wonderful opportunity to taste daily life in the Lama community- living, working, practicing and playing. Community Camp is always an exciting event in the Lama yearly cycle. As a community we open to the many celebrations that summer brings to the mountain. This is an ideal time to visit and explore the unique shcool that Lama is, to share in the traditions which have sustained a joyful community life for over 40 years, and to participate in seva- selfless service- preparing the land and buildings for the busy summer ahead. This retreat is also designed as an orientation for potential Summer Stewards, a time to welcome old friends and new arrivals alike. We so look forward to being in community with you!
